New / sealed
Factory sealed, never opened.
CIB (Complete In Box)
Game, case, and manual all included — everything it originally shipped with.
Case + game
Original case included with the disc/cartridge. No manual.
Manual + game
Original manual included with the disc/cartridge. No case.
Loose game
Just the game itself — no case, no manual. Tested and confirmed working.
This grade covers the disc or cartridge only — not the case or manual, which can be in different shape (e.g. a mint disc can still come with a cracked case). Look for Gem Mint when every included piece is mint.
Gem Mint
Every included piece — disc, case, manual — is mint. The one grade where "mint" applies to more than just the disc.
Mint
The disc/cartridge looks essentially unplayed, with no visible scuffs or marks. The case or manual (if included) may still show some wear.
Very good
Light handling wear only. Clean, presentable playing surface.
Good
Normal wear from age and play. Fully functional with minor cosmetic marks.
Light scratches
Plays perfectly — minor surface scuffs that don't affect gameplay.
Heavy scratches
Noticeable wear on the surface. Every copy is tested — if it ever affects play, we note it in the listing.
